  1. Scope of Application
    These Terms and Conditions apply to all End Users and orders using the Trinidad-California Shop on www.trinidad-california.com hosted by and using Squarespace ecommerce products. 

  2. Conditions of Payment
    Apple Pay and major credit cards will be accepted (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club) through our Payment Processor Stripe, Inc. An invoice will be e-mailed through our e-commerce and hosting service Squarespace. 
    1. Refunds. You may cancel any booking order at any time, however you won't be issued a refund except in our sole discretion, as per our Cancellation and Return Policy
    2. Changes in arrival days are considered Cancellations, and are subject to the same fees and notification periods - only modified in Lodging Owner's discretion. If you need to change or cancel your booking date(s), please contact us asap.
